Human Resources Generalist

You'll be the go-to resource for employees and managers, guiding them through policies, compliance, and best practices while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Partner closely with operations teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and compliance issues.
- Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and proactive employee engagement initiatives.
- Support key HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, training, and policy implementation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Contribute to projects that impact multiple business units, from process improvements to training design.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of HR experience across multiple functional areas (employee relations, labor relations, benefits, training, recruitment).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus.
