Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and make change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Starting pay range: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
