Title: Administrative Assistant – Expense Reconciliation (Hybrid, Entry-Level)

Location: Baltimore, MD – Harbor Point | Hybrid (3 days onsite now, 4 days onsite starting September)

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension)

Compensation: $19/hr (W2 + Benefits)

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support senior-level leaders and external sales professionals through detailed expense reconciliation and administrative coordination.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reconcile weekly expenses for a senior manager and ~10 external team members
  • Manage AMEX charges through Concur and ensure receipts and backup documentation are gathered and submitted on time
  • Communicate with managers and sales professionals to obtain missing information or clarify expense submissions
  • Maintain confidential records and accurate financial documentation
  • Support basic administrative functions like filing, ordering supplies, and organizing internal materials

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
  • Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Concur or Salesforce is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work 3 days onsite at Harbor Point now, shifting to 4 days onsite in September

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience — we welcome recent grads and career starters!
  • Experience in retail, clerical, admin, or finance is helpful but not mandatory
