RGL Logistics is hiring a Data Integration Analyst to join our IT team at our Corporate Office in Green Bay. This role will be required to work onsite at our Green Bay, Appleton and Neenah locations as needed with flexibility to work remotely as well.
Position Summary
The Data Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration solutions between our internal systems and external partners, including suppliers, logistics providers, and customers. This role will design and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions that drive customer integrations, business intelligence, analytics and optimize data workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data integration workflows using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) and similar ETL tools.
- Configure and manage EDI transactions (e.g., 940, 204, 943, 945, etc.) and API-based integrations for real-time data exchange.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into the data warehouse using SQL, CIC and Power Automate ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy during transformation.
- Maintain, optimize, and support the Power BI infrastructure, including data models, DAX queries, and Power BI Service
- Develop custom workflows, automation scripts, and reports utilizing Power Automate and PowerShell
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to define integration requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data during integration.
- Document integration processes, data flows, and system configurations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their analytical skills. Act as a resource for best practices and technical expertise.
- Continuously track and analyze industry trends to identify potential changes that could impact the organization. Provide insights and recommendations based on emerging developments.
- Resolve escalated requests from the IT Support team.
- Use data to help improve and streamline RGL processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the IT data analytics strategy.
