As an HR Generalist at Keymik, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our team’s success. You’ll handle a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations—ensuring our culture remains high-performing and human-first.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite at our Buckhead office, with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers
- Lead onboarding and new hire orientation with a strong focus on employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS system updates
- Administer benefits programs and serve as the point of contact for employee benefits questions
- Support employee relations, performance management, and compliance processes
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed
- Coordinate team events, employee engagement, wellness, and DEI initiatives
- Assist in offboarding, including exit interviews and process improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes continuously and culture initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR generalist experience
- Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law (Georgia and federal)
- Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, Paycor, ADP, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification
- Experience in a hybrid or multi-location work environment
- Knowledge of diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) best practices
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools
- Experience with employee engagement tools (e.g., Culture Amp, Lattice)
