The Role

As Human Resources Manager, you will partner with the Director of Human Resources to oversee daily operations and provide strategic support across:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Hiring, talent pipelines, career fairs, and branding.
• Benefits & Wellness – Administering benefits, leading open enrollment, promoting wellness.
• Employee Relations – Serving as a trusted resource, ensuring open communication & engagement.
• Compliance & Safety – Upholding OSHA, labor laws, and company policies.
• Culture & Development – Driving engagement, recognition, and training initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Strong HR expertise (recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compliance).
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on HR support.
• A passion for people and a commitment to fostering positive workplace culture.
• Proven HR experience with strong ADP system proficiency (HRIS, payroll, reporting, recruiting).
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
