About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of financial statements in strict accordance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and the 1940 Act. This includes ensuring the fund's compliance with all regulatory requirements, both domestic and international, and working with internal accounting teams to maintain the accuracy and completeness of financial records. The CAO will also be tasked with managing the external audit process, enhancing internal controls, and ensuring the proper valuation of the fund's assets and liabilities. In addition to the core financial and regulatory responsibilities, the CAO will play a key role in risk management, working closely with compliance and risk management teams to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. The position also involves collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and product support teams to ensure the integrity of data and reporting, particularly in relation to performance metrics and other financial disclosures. The ideal candidate for the CAO position at the company will have a strong background in financial management, a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, and a proven track record in risk management. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, along with relevant professional certifications. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving the financial and operational success of the organization.
