Customer Service Representative Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and HVAC, with the ability to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems. Your role will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with plumbing and HVAC inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers based on their needs.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM software.
- Handle complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services to existing customers.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in plumbing or HVAC industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with client relationship management and account management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and its functionalities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
