Manufacturing Operator

Location: On-site | Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | GMP Environment

Overview

A well-established manufacturing facility is seeking experienced Manufacturing Operators to support high-volume production in a GMP-regulated environment. This role requires technical aptitude, multitasking ability, and a strong commitment to safety and product quality. This is not a warehouse position — prior experience in a regulated manufacturing setting is required.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to SOPs and GMP guidelines
• Conduct quality checks and document findings per established protocols
• Set up, clean, and maintain production workstations and equipment
• Support shift cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and organization

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience (not warehouse)
• Familiarity with GMP/cGMP environments and production protocols
• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety/quality procedures
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and off-shifts as needed
• Basic math and computer skills
