About the Role:

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Operator to run production equipment in a cGMP environment, uphold safety and quality standards, and help the team meet daily output goals. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires excellent attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and reliable attendance. What You’ll Do Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to written procedures, work rules, and cGMP/SOP requirements. Perform start-up, setup/adjustments, in-process checks, and shut-down/cleaning for assigned lines. Execute and document quality checks per area standards; complete batch records and other production documentation accurately and legibly. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area (light cleaning, stocking, sweeping, mopping, trash removal). Load/unload components and finished product; unpack/pack materials as needed. Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to ensure smooth shift hand-offs and issue escalation. Consistently meet safety, quality, and production targets. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of manufacturing experience (cGMP environment strongly preferred). Strong multitasking, mechanical/technical aptitude, and basic troubleshooting skills. Proven attention to detail with solid documentation habits. Basic math and computer skills; ability to learn area-specific systems and tools. Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, shoes, gloves, caps, etc.) and follow all safety policies. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented; professional verbal and written communication. Comfortable with physical aspects of the job, including standing, lifting, and routine housekeeping tasks. Note: This is a manufacturing operations role (not warehouse/logistics). Schedule & Attendance 24/7 operation with 12-hour shifts (approx. 6:00–6:00). Rotating pattern: 3 work days, 2 days off, 2 work days, 3 days off (may vary by business needs). Shifts begin at 5:45 (AM/PM)—arrive gowned and ready for the shift meeting. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off-shifts as needed. Work Environment cGMP-regulated production setting requiring strict adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety practices. Team culture centered on inclusion, mutual respect, and proactive communication.
