Overview
1st Advantage Dental-Glenville is looking for a full-time Licensed hygienist to join our team. Location: 493 Saratoga Rd, Glenville, New York 12302. Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00-5:00. Pay: $46-50/hr. We offer competitive hourly pay, excellent benefits, bonus opportunities, and over 200 CE’s. Willing to consider part-time.

Responsibilities
- Join a collaborative 7-person team that emphasizes communication and community.
- Provide dental hygiene care in alignment with practice standards and patient needs.
- Engage with patients to deliver high-quality preventive education and clinical care.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current New York dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for patient care and preventative maintenance.
- Clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as required, with reasonable accommodations if needed.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
- Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically.
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
