Overview

Night Auditor position at OTO Development. Hourly rate: $21.00 to $22.00.

Responsibilities

• Execute guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures in compliance with brand quality assurance standards.
• Maintain a friendly and hospitable attitude with guests and team members and be present at the desk during all hours.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests.
• Ensure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are executed in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain proper control over keys, safe deposits, and all company and guest property.
• Ensure rates are optimized by monitoring competitor occupancy and rates.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Quote daily rates and issue credits as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction.

What are the requirements for this position?

• Proficiency in administration of applicable property management systems.
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Experience in accurate cash handling and credit cards and maintaining security of confidential information.
• Ability to pass certification tests required to meet brand standards.
• Experience working with a computer, especially data entry.
• Works well with others and maintains a customer-focused attitude.
• Approachable and encourages effective communication with guests and fellow team members.

Physical Requirements

This position may be physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Pay Scale

$13.00 - $22.86/hour. Rate depends upon state/market and experience.
