Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations within a small, collaborative office environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth workflow and organizational efficiency, while providing administrative support across teams.
The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, discreet with confidential information, and comfortable handling both behind-the-scenes tasks and front-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and internal communications
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet guests, and manage general office inquiries
- Handle highly confidential information and maintain secure filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and support office event planning
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-run and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years in an administrative or office support role
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Compensation: $20–$22/hour
