What You’ll Do

  • Select and gather products for customers\' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
  • Assemble customers\' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pickup.
  • Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages customers to shop online.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  • Follow local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Receive customer orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
  • Read and follow directions in the note section and ensure quality and freshness of all items.
  • Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Load orders into customers\' cars and ensure order accuracy.
  • Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions when items are out of stock.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment; report discrepancies and needed repairs.
  • Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and meet productivity standards.
  • Provide support and assistance with customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults, as needed.
  • Perform required opening and closing procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired Previous Experience

  • Experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier
