Linxus Group Inc. is hiring: Human Resources Advisor in Tulsa

Provide support to HR, management, and union representatives

Administer and interpret the collective bargaining agreement (CBA)

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Provide coaching and support to supervisors and employees

Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns in a timely and fair manner

Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried roles

Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure staffing levels meet 24/7 production demands

Support position management, preboarding, new hire orientation, onboarding, and training

Assist with payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes in coordination with corporate HR

Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a Human Resources role
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both hourly and salaried employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Labor relations experience, including contract interpretation and grievance administration
