Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

In this role, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and provide tailored solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Assessing customer inquiries in person and over the phone, guiding them to the right products and services. Building trusting relationships with our wholesale and retail customers. Processing sales transactions accurately, whilst complying with company policies and procedures. Meeting and exceeding sales goals set on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining precise records of work orders and product formulas. Efficiently pulling products from shelves or the warehouse. Mixing and tinting products to meet specific customer requirements. Stocking shelves and setting up product displays. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as needed. Keeping assigned areas clean, well-stocked, and presentable. Staying informed about product offerings and options to enhance customer interactions. Adhering to inventory control measures and suggesting strategies to improve sales. This position may involve contact with minors and includes access to cash and sensitive information, requiring a review of criminal history to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. You'll be working at stores within a 15-mile radius of store #723836, located at: 1107-1109 Churchmans Road, Newark, DE 19713. To thrive in this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements: Be at least 18 years of age. Be legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship for a work visa. Be proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products.
