We specialize in creating custom stainless steel and metal products that combine durability for commercial use with the elegance suited for high-end projects. With over 60 years of experience, every project is managed by a dedicated team of engineers and project managers to ensure precision and quality. Due to growth, we are looking to add a CNC Machinist/Programmer to our team!
Develop, implement, and maintain CNC programs using SigmaNEST, TruTops Boost, and other programming software.
Create and interpret 2D/3D designs for various construction projects.
Operate and manage CNC equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality components.
Utilize laser, punching, bending, and sheet metal techniques to fabricate parts according to specifications.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the production process.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
Continually evaluate and improve production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of CNC machining/programming principles
Proficiency in SigmaNEST, TruTops Boost, and 2D/3D design is preferred
Extensive experience with laser, punching, bending, and sheet metal techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
