Information Technology Manager
and take the reins of our IT operations, infrastructure, and help desk! You’ll plan IT projects, manage procurement, supervise help desk operations, and ensure SOX compliance.
What You’ll Do: Lead IT projects that support business goals and improve efficiency.
Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and disaster recovery.
Manage help desk and end-user support for core business systems.
Coordinate IT procurement, policies, and documentation.
Serve as the main IT point of contact and communicate updates to leadership.
Explore innovative technologies, including Generative AI, to optimize processes.
Requirement Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven
experience managing IT teams and IT operations
Hands-on
experience with IT infrastructure management (network, hardware, software, security)
Experience
managing help desk operations and resolving end-user issues
IT
Procurement/purchasing
experience
Top notch
communication and documentation skills
Knowledge
of
SOX compliance
for IT activities
