Translate strategic business challenges into AI-powered solutions that leverage LLMs, multi-agent systems, and next-gen automation platforms. Design frameworks that balance automation, human oversight, and compliance in complex HR and business contexts. Explore, prototype, and deploy new AI-driven capabilities—whether that’s workflow orchestration, predictive modeling, or conversational agents. Build intelligent workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Workato, and custom AI orchestration frameworks, like n8n, Gumloop, or similar. Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate performance, accuracy, and business value of agentic AI solutions. Ensure compliance, transparency, and ethical considerations in all AI deployments. Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, tools, and ethics—and help shape TCWGlobal’s roadmap for AI-driven transformation. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, process automation, or applied AI. Proficiency with workflow automation platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or equivalent) and/or agentic AI workflow builders (n8n, Gumloop, etc.) Familiarity with AI/LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI). Proficiency in SQL and Python for solution design and integration; familiarity with other scripting languages a plus. Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills — able to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders. Salary & Benefits

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience, ranging from $87,200.00/yr to $115,200.00/yr.
