Develop tailored sales strategies to meet the goals of Enterprise clients within your portfolio and accelerate with cross-functional partner execution. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers, including C-level executives, across various lines of business. Generate and close new sales opportunities within your assigned account base, including existing and new clients not currently doing business with T-Mobile. Lead a differentiated client experience that drives continued growth and aligns T-Mobile capabilities with client business goals. Position T-Mobile product capabilities to potential and existing clients to enable their business goals. Manage complex contract negotiations and close large, high-value enterprise deals. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and provide forecasts and performance reports to leadership. Education and Work Experience

High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required) 4-7 years or 5+ years' experience selling into Enterprise clients (3K+ employees) (Required) 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of acquisition, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base; 5 years in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Enterprise Sales: Deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions at an Enterprise level (Required) Strategic Account Planning: Demonstrated contribution in account planning and execution (Required) Account Management: Managing relationships and financial outcomes, reducing churn, and managing multiple programs and opportunities (Required) CRM: Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth (Required) Prospecting: Assess potential customers for fit and prioritize high-likelihood opportunities (Required) Business Development: Identify and create new opportunities and partnerships for long-term growth (Required) Negotiation: Confident in sales negotiations (Required) Communication: Effectively communicate with leaders at all levels; adapt to audience; professional in-person or virtual interaction (Required) Building Relationships: Strong networking and relationship-building skills (Required) Licenses and Certifications

Safety Sensitive Position: No Total Target Cash Pay Range: $169,500 - $305,800 (inclusive of target incentives) Base Pay Range: $101,700 - $183,480 Pay ranges vary by location and experience. For location-based ranges, see paylookup. In addition, eligible employees may receive monthly or quarterly incentives.
