Role Summary As a Client Partner, Enterprise Sales, you will create tailored sales strategies for each Enterprise client, develop long-term relationships with key decision makers, generate and close new sales opportunities, and manage complex contract negotiations. You will also maintain accurate records and provide sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Sales strategy development:

Create tailored sales strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Account growth & expansion:

Build relationships with key decision makers, generate new sales, and manage existing accounts.

Enable client satisfaction:

Deliver a differentiated experience to foster client growth.

Product capabilities consultation:

Align T-Mobile product capabilities with client business goals.

Negotiation and Closing:

Manage contract negotiations and close high-value deals.

Sales reporting & forecasting:

Keep accurate records and provide forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED and Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

4-7 years of sales experience with enterprise clients; 5+ years in technology, software, or telecom sales.

Deep understanding of enterprise sales, account management, CRM, prospecting, business development, negotiation, and communication skills.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Travel required.

Compensation & Benefits Total target cash pay range: $169,500 - $305,800. Base pay range: $101,700 - $183,480. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock plans, paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, and more. For details, visit
