$92.85-$97.85/hour Job Summary: The Salesforce Architect - Financial Services Cloud (FSC) will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions tailored for the financial services industry. This role requires deep FSC expertise across wealth management, insurance, and distribution models, and the ability to align technical design with strategic business goals. The architect will provide leadership across design, integration, security, and compliance to deliver a robust and scalable Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement Salesforce FSC solutions for wealth, distribution, and insurance use cases Drive Salesforce strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise standards Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs Design optimized client lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, policy servicing, and advisor enablement Integrate Salesforce with financial platforms, ERP, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware Ensure security, compliance, and governance (SEC, NAIC, Client data regulations) Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams, including code reviews and standards enforcement Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend improvements Required Experience
8+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in Financial Services Cloud Proven track record in wealth management, insurance, and distribution implementations Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Einstein Analytics, and Informatica IDMC Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, FSC Accredited Professional) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience with advisor platforms, CRM, or policy administration systems Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations Background in enterprise or solution architecture within financial services Agile and DevOps experience, including Copado and CI/CD pipelines Required Skills
