Client Systems Engineer

As a Client Systems Engineer, you'll apply your problem-solving skills to get Epic’s software into clinicians’ and patients’ hands, allowing them to use our tools to provide amazing care. You will collaborate with your customers’ Windows server administrators to build a fast, reliable infrastructure that provides clinicians quick access to critical patient information whenever needed. You will establish strong, long-term relationships with our customers, communicating with them as they install, troubleshoot, and upgrade our software. You'll work with our customers, Epic’s technical teams, and other healthcare hardware and software vendors to build solutions that enable cutting-edge tools to advance healthcare. You will make recommendations for best practices to ensure their long-term success. Our work impacts every area of Epic. As part of the team, you will collaborate with developers, technical support, software testers, and implementation specialists. You will learn the inner workings of Epic software, Windows and other operating systems, virtualization and cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, mobile devices, and more.
