Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications across the Salesforce platform—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ, and integrations with third-party applications. You will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with both technical standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and other declarative tools.

Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems and platforms.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Collaborate with system owners to create and execute test scripts to validate solutions.

Debug and resolve technical issues across environments.

Ensure performance, scalability, security, and compliance of all Salesforce solutions.

Evaluate and recommend alternative approaches to meet evolving business needs.

Support deployment activities and post-deployment validation.

Collaboration & Solutioning

Partner with internal teams to support day-to-day operations of Salesforce environments.

Work with technical leads and architects to design and review new features and enhancements.

Ensure seamless integration and data consistency across enterprise applications.

Understand and support transactional data needs across systems.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud).

Strong command of Apex, Flow, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Proven experience with Salesforce integration tools and best practices.

Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.

Experience working in Agile environments (5+ years preferred).

Ability to adapt and learn new platforms and technologies quickly.

Ability to visualize complex technical architecture leveraging techniques such as UML, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), BPMN.

Conduct investigations and analysis to provide recommendations regarding technology improvements, development best practices, standardization, and upgrades.

Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, improve performance, and enhance the overall user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science or related technical field.

Working knowledge of MuleSoft.

Active involvement in the Salesforce community (e.g., Trailblazer, user groups).

Experience with data tools like Demand Tools or similar.

Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory and enterprise-grade Azure services.

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 10% within North America; may vary during major projects.

Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and data flows.

Must adhere to corporate travel and security policies.

Can work in a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote) in either Newark, NJ OR Hoffman Estates, IL.

The salary range below is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $145,000 + Bonus REQ-152812
