This is a 100% onsite role in Cincinnati, OH. Our leading client is looking to hire a dynamic ETL developer to join their enterprise data team. Must Have Skills: 3+ years of proven experience with IBM DataStage Experience working with both server and parallel jobs within DataStage Strong SQL skills and experience with AQT Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Business Objects Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows to extract data from various sources, transform it according to business rules, and load it into target systems. Help implement new projects and maintain effective awareness of all production activities according to required standards and provide support to all existing applications. Maintain documentation of ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications. Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity. Perform root cause analysis to help resolve production issues. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Experience Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience with IBM DataStage. Experience working with both server and parallel jobs within DataStage. Strong SQL skills and experience with AQT. Experience with scripting languages like Python or Shell for automation and data manipulation. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data integration best practices. Strong proficiency with database technologies such as Oracle, DB2, SQL, and variation among popular databases. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
