This critical leadership role will be key in defining and executing our enterprise data architecture strategy, facilitating the transition to modern, cloud-native, and hybrid data platforms. The ideal candidate will architect scalable and secure data solutions to comply with evolving regulatory standards, develop reusable data models, and champion the adoption of cutting-edge data principles. You will chair the Data & Analytics Architecture Review Board, collaborate with diverse technical teams, and represent the data analytics function in enterprise architecture councils. A successful candidate will have a proven history of leading large-scale data transformations in highly regulated industries, with deep expertise in distributed data platforms and modern data tools across real-time and batch processing. We seek a leader with a strong executive presence, exceptional influence skills, and experience in Agile environments. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required, and familiarity with data mesh principles, federated governance, and data product lifecycle management is highly desirable.
