Accounts Payable Specialist. We\'re seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented company. This role is a key part of the finance team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting cross-departmental operations. Responsibilities

Receive, process, and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time Partner with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to resolve 3-way match issues Provide support to employees on payables issues, purchase order creation, and general AP questions Serve as the point of contact for vendor inquiries to maintain strong relationships Assist in creating workflows and improving AP systems and processes Ensure bills are properly approved in accordance with policy prior to payment Manage vendor onboarding to P2P system and validate banking information Ensure bills and transactions are coded correctly Record AP entries during month-end close (accruals, invoice transactions, etc.) Prepare and deliver ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or a related field 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including 3-way match processes required Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Familiarity with large-scale P2P and ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (vlookups/xlookups, sumifs, pivot tables) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in manufacturing and/or distribution industries preferred Compensation and Benefits
