Overview
A global, multi-billion-dollar manufacturing and technology leader is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to join their Corporate Controllership team. This role offers broad exposure across finance, operations, and leadership — providing a unique platform for career growth, cross-functional collaboration, and eventual mobility into controllership, FP&A, or operational finance roles.
Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Partner with operating company and segment leadership to resolve complex accounting issues, acquisitions/dispositions, and digital revenue/cost recognition
Support deal structuring, purchase accounting, and valuations for M&A activity
Provide guidance on U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and emerging accounting standards.
Assist with SEC reporting analysis, audit committee deliverables, and ad hoc leadership presentations
Lead accounting policy development and implementation of new standards
Collaborate with Corporate functions (Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Development) on critical business projects
Drive process improvements, internal reporting, and controllership initiatives across multiple business units

What We’re Looking For

CPA strongly preferred
Experience with audit, M&A, or cost/manufacturing accounting is a plus
