Overview

An UHNW client in Dallas is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. This hands-on role requires someone who is equally comfortable supervising staff and vendors as they are stepping in to assist with service, organization, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is service-driven, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise, ensuring a seamless and welcoming home environment for the principals and their guests. You will also supervise renovations, construction and special projects, ensuring all is delivered to standard. This is a new role with the opportunity to establish systems and processes with a family. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and participate in daily household operations to ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standard. Supervise, schedule, and support household staff; provide training where needed to maintain service excellence. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers; oversee maintenance, repairs, and deliveries. Manage household inventories, including provisioning, supplies, and detailed household manuals. Assist with personal errands, reservations, shopping, and ad-hoc requests as needed. Support the principals during entertaining and events (e.g., table settings, service, guest coordination). Ensure all systems and equipment in the home are functioning properly; proactively address issues. Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless household operations. Maintain household budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for the principals, ensuring clear communication and timely meeting of needs. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism. Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Estate Manager or similar hands-on household role in a private residence. Strong service mindset with the flexibility to handle both management and day-to-day support. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail. Comfortable supervising staff and also performing hands-on tasks as needed. Skilled at coordinating vendors and overseeing property maintenance. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with principals, guests, and staff. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and household management tools. Discreet, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally as needed. Excellent references and clean background check. Schedule

Full time M-F with flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed Compensation

Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr DOE + benefits + discretionary bonus Seniority level
