Contract Job Description: We’re looking for a Contract Program Manager to support our Head of Corporate Resiliency in executing day-to-day activities across Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), Business Process Risk Ratings, and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning. What You’ll Do Coordinate and track daily program activities and deliverables Support BIAs: scheduling, data collection, documentation, and reporting Assist with process risk ratings and maintain updated records Help plan, test, and track disaster recovery activities with IT and business teams Manage stakeholder communications, scheduling, and follow-ups What We’re Looking For 5+ years in program/project management, business continuity, or operational risk Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive accountability Familiarity with business continuity or disaster recovery is a plus PMP, CBCP, or related certifications preferred but not required We’re seeking a Contract Program Manager to support our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program. This role will focus on the integration of processes across the third-party lifecycle—Planning, Due Diligence, Contracting, Monitoring, and Termination—while managing the day-to-day operational execution. What You’ll Do Coordinate and track TPRM program activities and deliverables Drive integration across third-party lifecycle phases (Planning, Due Diligence, Contracting, Monitoring, Termination) Manage program documentation, dashboards, and reporting Partner with procurement, legal, risk, IT security, and business owners to resolve issues Prepare materials and updates for leadership reporting What We’re Looking For 5+ years of program/project management experience; TPRM or vendor risk preferred Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Familiarity with TPRM frameworks, regulatory expectations, or vendor risk tools a plus
