Senior Manager of Strategic Pricing & Analytics

This innovative, industry leading organization with a strong commitment to data driven decision making is seeking a Senior Manager of Pricing. Background : Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of consumer pricing, product mix, and promotional strategies across key business units while mentoring and managing a team of analysts responsible for delivering insights and analytics that drive margin optimization and sustainable revenue growth. Responsibilities : Mentor and lead a team of analysts responsible for conducting strategic analyses and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize pricing initiatives and drive margin performance Utilize advanced analytics to identify distinct customer segments and design targeted pricing strategies that maximize customer value, while maintaining margin discipline and aligning with broader strategic business objectives Conduct in-depth evaluations of the competitive landscape, design and analyze pricing experiments, and monitor performance across the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention to inform strategic pricing decisions Champion the strategic use of internal and external data sources to build sophisticated financial models and proactively deliver actionable insights that enhance pricing and margin optimization efforts ultimately driving improved business outcomes Leverage data driven analysis to build compelling business cases for strategic changes in pricing, product mix, and promotional offers. Upon approval, collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless and effective implementation of these strategies Requirements : Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 6+ years of experience leading strategic pricing and analytics initiatives, ideally within a B2C environment Exceptional communication skills with executive presence; ability to be mentored into a future senior leadership role Proven track record of people management and team development is essential Strong proficiency in financial modeling; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Intermediate to strong SQL skills is a MUST What We Offer : A strategic leadership role blending people management with hands-on execution to drive results Full-time hybrid role based in the DFW area Excellent benefits with strong total compensation package Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
