Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite as a Solutions Architect, including Copilot, Clipchamp, and Loop Experience managing M365 licenses via Group-Based Licensing (GBL) in Azure AD Proven expertise with Microsoft Purview Sensitivity Labels, Label Policies, and DLP policies Experience with SharePoint app registration and Azure AD app registration Strong data analysis skills using M365 / Azure reports and Excel Tenant-level configuration and security settings for large enterprise environments Hands-on experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva, Stream, Exchange, and Office at scale Skilled in end-user training/support on Sensitivity Labels, Label Policies, and DLP controls Azure Portal and User Administration (Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.) Strong PowerShell scripting for automation across M365 technologies Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) Ability to quickly adapt to new M365 features and design action strategies for enterprise tenants Experience with SharePoint Online / Teams / OneDrive migrations (e.g., Sharegate, SPMT) Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum team Good-to-Have Skills

ITIL training/experience Microsoft Graph API experience Lucid Suite (Lucidchart, Lucidspark) Security & Compliance Center reporting ServiceNow, Jira, or Google Workspace experience Deep Power BI expertise Sentinel and Slack experience Microsoft Certified: Information Protection & Compliance Administrator Associate Provide Level 3/4 escalated support for M365, GWS, & Lucid products/services Research and assess new M365 product/service features for data security vulnerabilities Analyze the impact of product/service changes and design enterprise responses Implement tenant configurations and governance changes Support M365 product/service availability, risk mitigation, and issue management Resolve escalated service tickets and manage Microsoft cases Deliver on Scrum commitments, including timely completion of stories Seniority level
