Plant Controller

A leading manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to their customers is seeking a talented Plant Controller to join their team. The Plant Controller will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of our manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations. Job Responsibilities: Oversee all financial aspects of the plant operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with plant management to develop annual operating budgets and provide ongoing financial guidance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve plant efficiency and profitability. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy. Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and product costing analysis. This highly visible impactful role is very hands-on. Requirements: BS in Business related field. 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience. 7+ years in a manufacturing environment including costing. Critical to have experience effectively communicating with executives. Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr. Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus.
