We are seeking an Accounting Analyst specializing in U.S. government contracts to work at our North American headquarters in Columbia, Maryland. This position is responsible for providing project support to RSNA’s government business. Your tasks include: Prepare data analysis, management reporting and analytics for program, departmental and regional levels Work cross functionally to provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial analysis including but not limited to cost, labor, billing, and financial reports Work with large data sets from multiple systems (Deltek Costpoint and SAP) to create comprehensive analytical reports Create analytical narratives to support reporting and streamline and maintain multiple legacy spreadsheets Provide project controls support to project teams Create and distribute project status reports and performance dashboards to program/project leadership Support the development of project metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance Support the development of labor and burden rates as well as various government reporting requirements Assist EVMS Analyst and reporting when required Reconcile between commercial (SAP) and government systems (Deltek Costpoint) Ability and willingness to work with and support commercial business as required Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate and comprehensive financial data Special projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned Your Qualifications: BA/BS in Accounting 3+ years’ experience with government contracts (FAA, DoD) and associated reporting Strong understanding of FAR regulations Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications Understanding of DELTEK Costpoint, DELTEK Timekeeping and Concur, and SAP is a plus Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment To be considered, external candidates must be US Persons capable of obtaining Public Trust Clearance We offer a total compensation package of $75K-$115K, including base salary, variable pay, and benefits.
