Oversee month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance Manage budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis Lead daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies Manage external audit process and liaise with auditors Partner across departments to support strategic initiatives Mentor and develop accounting staff What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years managing teams, ideally combining public accounting (audit) and corporate accounting Deep knowledge of US GAAP Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Proven leadership and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments Base salary $160,000–$175,000 + 20% annual bonus 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Unlimited PTO Supportive culture with ongoing training and team-building events Legal notices
