Develop and maintain financial models, proformas and forecasts to project future performance and to help drive business decisions. Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, explaining variances, and identifying trends related to month-end performance. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans. Maintain the company’s financial models which includes membership, revenue, medical costs and administrative expenses. Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against targets. Reporting and analysis: prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and cost saving. Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance and support strategic initiatives. Perform sensitivity analysis to support leadership decisions and strategic planning. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Eight or more years of business experience in Finance, Corporate Development, or M&A, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts (GAAP), and financial modeling techniques. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., lookup, conditional logic, pivot tables, charts) and data analysis capabilities; experience with data manipulation and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present financial information clearly to financial and non-financial audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and time-management skills. Benefits
