Overview
The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst plays a key role in driving the consolidation of budgets and forecasts for Security BU Finance. This position is responsible for developing repeatable reporting and analysis processes, collaborating with various functional leaders to identify cost opportunities and risk, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Deerfield, IL - Hybrid (On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Responsibilities
Lead and assist in the preparation, consolidation, and review of annual budgets and recurring forecasts for Security BU Finance, utilizing financial modeling, time-series analysis, and graphic presentation of financial data. Develop and coordinate reporting and analysis processes for consolidating budgets and monthly forecasts for Security BU Finance. Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis of Security BU performance against budget, forecast, and prior year. Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports for Security BU leadership. Communicate financial results and forecasts to Security BU budget owners in a clear and actionable manner. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and harmonization to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of FP&A activities. Lead ad hoc reporting or analysis in support of special projects. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field required. 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 7+ years of experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Previous experience with financial modeling and proficiency with spreadsheet programs and financial modeling development. Previous experience with Oracle SmartView and SAP GUI. Details
Base salary range:
$70,000 - $110,000 USD Bonuses: annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
