Overview

We are a private family office managing diverse investments, trusts, and personal financial affairs. Our office oversees real estate, portfolio investments, and multigenerational wealth planning. Responsibilities

Maintain general ledgers for family entities, trusts, and partnerships. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and consolidated reports. Reconcile bank, brokerage, and investment accounts. Coordinate with tax advisors for annual filings (individual, trust, partnership, corporate). Monitor cash flow and liquidity across entities. Track capital calls, distributions, loans, and intercompany transfers. Manage vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and household payroll. Assist with insurance renewals, property management, and philanthropic giving records. Assist with other special projects as needed. Liaise with attorneys, investment managers, and bankers on behalf of principals. Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for decision-making. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–7 years of experience in public accounting, private wealth, family office, or investment management. Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar) and Excel. Excellent organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Strong communication skills for liaising with principals and external advisors. What We Offer
