Our client seeks a Controller to manage finances, analyze costs, and lead financial operations. The Controller will focus on budgeting, cost analysis, and improving operational efficiency while ensuring compliance and maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities
The Controller will develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
Analyze and update cost structures and manufacturing standards.
Allocate costs to determine accurate product margins.
Collaborate with plant leadership to identify cost savings and trends.
Ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
Evaluate capital expenditures and assess ROI.
Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Support financial analysis for projects and process changes as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred
6+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
3+ years in a leadership role, including plant or manufacturing controllership
Proficiency in SAP or similar software is required
