Overview
The Retail Services Cards Finance Cross-Portfolio Lead is a position responsible for providing LFO's & Business Heads with analysis and insights in coordination with the broader Finance team. The objective is to contribute to preparation for business reviews, earnings releases and conferences, evaluate new industry and regulatory changes, build business cases for technology initiatives, and leverage credit card industry knowledge to advise on the evaluation of Citi’s current and projected performance.
Responsibilities
Lead creation of preparation materials for quarterly earnings releases, external conferences and business reviews to provide a summary of financial trends and insights to senior management
Prepare analytics in support of CEO Reviews including business initiatives
Lead analysis on industry, competitive or regulatory changes
Lead coordination of business case reviews for technology book of work
Prepare presentations and analysis for the team and in support of the CFO
Support the execution of the CRS LFO control activities of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA) program, assuring timely and accurate completion; inform and implement applicable standards, policies and procedures within the CRS LFO team; proactively identify and analyze potential control gaps and escalate issues to management
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience within financial services, ideally large cap banks
Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets
Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Oracle, Essbase, and SAP
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $163,600.00 - $245,400.00
