The Sr. Associate / AVP of HR will serve as a key HR business partner, supporting recruitment, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership roles, ensuring a high-touch, positive candidate experience. Partner closely with senior leadership to implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and support business growth. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development matters. Manage HR systems and reporting, leveraging tools such as
UKG
or
Dayforce
(experience with either is a plus) and advanced Excel skills to deliver data-driven insights. Lead and collaborate on HR projects including onboarding, compliance, process improvements, and engagement initiatives. Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple priorities and delivering results through teamwork. Qualifications
4–5 years of blended HR and recruitment experience within
Financial Services or Professional Services
industries (required). Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, HR best practices, and employment regulations. Advanced Excel skills; HRIS experience with UKG or Dayforce preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike. Benefits
