Overview

Turbine Controls Field Technical Advisor at GE Vernova. Role involves performing services and maintenance on customer sites, including preventive and remedial maintenance, managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Responsibilities

Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development; uses in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy Apply knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; understand competition and differentiating factors in the market Use judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles; draw on multiple internal and limited external sources to reach decisions Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements; communicate performance expectations and address sensitive issues Required Qualifications

For roles outside of the USA: advanced experience in the Services & Field Service and Technical Advising. Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) For roles in the USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Field Services and Maintenance Services) Desired Characteristics

Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs Established project management skills Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is

$78,800.00 - 131,200.00 USD Annual . The specific pay offered may be influenced by factors such as experience, education, and skill set. This position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. The posting is expected to close on

October 13, 2025 , or thereafter. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
