About the Role As a Procurement Analyst, you will source materials and services for our unique events program.
We hold events daily in clinic/service areas during school holidays. We are seeking experienced procurement analysts to source, negotiate terms, and manage venues, vendors, and materials to create engaging events.
What You'll Do
Analyze spend, conduct benchmarking, and evaluate potential and current suppliers
Support buyers in troubleshooting issues with purchasing, receiving, and/or payment
Develop a drop-shipping strategy for clinic events
Find transportation vendors in each service area for community activities
Process vendor requests and related matters in Coupa; communicate with vendors and internal customers to build supplier data for the Coupa P2P system implementation
Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests
Identify and correct issues preventing timely processing of supplier invoices
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or finance
1-3+ years of procurement experience
Must pass background, drug screening, and driving record checks
Experience with Coupa P2P or similar platforms
Experience with system integration is a plus
Experience managing events contracts and vendors is preferred
