Store Manager - Spencer's at Spencer's. Brand: Spencer's. The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
The minimum age requirement for a Store Manager is 21. The physical demands of the job require more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.

Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability.
Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory control.
Manage human resources, merchandising, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Prior retail management experience is required.
Minimum age of 21.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
