AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. Youll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined and loyal client base. Responsibilities Operate an autonomous, multi-line insurance agency serving AAA members and clients across property & casualty, life insurance, and related products. Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, flood, RV, boat, motorcycle, and commercial lines; provide brokered products where appropriate (varies by state). Access to brokered products from multiple national and regional carriers to meet diverse client needs. Offer term, universal life, whole life, and annuity products through AAA Life Insurance Company. Leverage lead programs linked to AAA membership databases to grow the agencys client base. Engage in a structured onboarding process with guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Participate in a comprehensive education program combining in-person and virtual training on core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Utilize resources to hire licensed staff, manage finances and cash flows, develop and adjust a business plan, and collaborate with a network of experienced EAs and business experts.
Qualifications
Extensive industry experience (examples cite 20+ years in the insurance industry). Agency ownership or leadership interest with a focus on building a profitable, scalable agency. Licensed in applicable states (Property & Casualty; Life insurance capabilities with AAA affiliation). Strong business acumen, strategy, and ability to invest capital to launch and grow the agency.
