Senior Project Manager
to lead
ground-up K-12, retail and commercial projects
in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is designed for a proven leader who thrives on managing
large-scale builds
and delivering results that exceed client expectations. If you have 10–15 years of project management experience in

or commercial ground-up projects valued between
$20M–$100M , I want to talk to you! What You’ll Need to Succeed: 10–15 years of project management experience in
commercial construction , specifically
K-12, retail, and large-scale ground-up projects Demonstrated ability to manage projects ranging from
$20M–$100M Experience with CMAR and Design-Build delivery methods Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and risk mitigation Proficiency with MS Office 365; P6/Primavera or Prolog experience preferred Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and mentor teams Key Responsibilities: Oversee delivery of large-scale
K-12, retail, and commercial ground-up projects
($20M–$100M) Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Lead OAC meetings and serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects and consultants Supervise subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance Work closely with superintendents to coordinate site safety, quality, and execution Mentor and develop assistant PMs and project engineers to build high-performing teams Why Join?
