We are seeking a Procurement Director for a leading construction-focused organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the sourcing, acquisition, and distribution of materials, equipment, and fleet assets, while ensuring alignment with strategic budgets and operational timelines. Key Responsibilities:

Promote a safety-conscious culture across all procurement and logistics functions. Lead a multidisciplinary team including buyers, equipment coordinators, and warehouse staff. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Develop and maintain annual capital expenditure plans in partnership with senior leadership. Ensure compliance with internal approval workflows for capital purchases. Support project and preconstruction teams with pricing strategies and material sourcing. Negotiate vendor agreements to mitigate market volatility and secure favorable terms. Monitor and reconcile earned discounts from suppliers and distributors. Deliver regular reporting on procurement activity, supply chain status, and commodity trends. Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and logistics, ideally within construction or related industries. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development. Adaptable to changing business needs and operational demands. Pay Details:

$90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year Search managed by:
