Casey\'s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team that serves the community with enthusiasm and pride. This position oversees all aspects of operating a Casey\'s store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. Execute Casey\'s strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store. Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities. Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members, coaching and mentoring them to grow. Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service). Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and special events; keep the scheduling system up to date and communicate updates. Oversee operational activities of the kitchen to maximize productivity and profitability. Oversee daily bookwork, store walk, task lists, required counts, audits, merchandise orders; manage inventory and Direct Store Deliveries; ensure asset protection processes are completed. Partner with the District Manager and leadership team to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L statements. Attend and complete job trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable, and ensure team members complete required trainings. Qualifications

Transferrable professional experience Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance Ownership mindset Clear communication skills Flexibility to work varied hours, including at least one evening shift per week, every other weekend, and some holidays Ability to stand/walk; lift/carry 10-50 pounds; use repetitive wrist/hand/finger motions; reach, bend, stoop, climb, and reach above shoulder level A background check may be required per state licensing requirements and applicable law Compensation

Base pay range: $53,600/yr - $63,100/yr Starting pay range: $53,600 - $63,100. Actual pay may vary based on KSAs, experience, and qualifications. Other factors include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. Our full salary range extends beyond the hiring range, allowing growth within the company. Benefits
