This role focuses on leading the development and expansion of the ServiceNow Platform to support Costco’s internal customers and business processes. As a member of the IT Management Team, you will manage, develop, and lead a team, setting the strategic vision and ensuring alignment with the company and IT Division goals. You will influence budget and technical decisions to enhance operational efficiencies and platform functionalities. Responsibilities

Lead the development and expansion of the next generation ServiceNow Platform for Costco, advancing the product strategy and enabling efficient innovation and delivery. Manage and support the career development of a technical team consisting of Engineers and Product Owners; provide leadership for daily tasks and long-term output. Ensure the ServiceNow platform is ready to support Costco’s business needs and engage across value streams, negotiating delivery timelines with internal customers. Provide production support for a wide variety of issues and manage stakeholder relationships in compliance with standards and SLAs. Set overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration; document and share knowledge within internal forums. Define objectives and key results (OKRs) for the ServiceNow platform and monitor product performance and user satisfaction to drive value. Anticipate dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect; ensure testing standards and methodologies are adhered to. Maintain budgetary awareness, resource planning, and platform roadmap development; manage vendor relationships as needed. Operate as a full-time management/leadership role (45+ hours per week). Qualifications

Required Experience delivering and maintaining ServiceNow platforms in a technical or product capacity. Proven track record of project delivery, agile methodologies, and platform strategy execution. Stakeholder engagement with business, technical, and executive teams. Vendor management and contract oversight. Budgeting, resource planning, and platform roadmap development. Analytical thinking and problem-solving for platform optimization. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience managing technologists and Product Owners. Ability to prioritize and manage technical debt, backlog grooming, and platform hygiene. Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle. Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with technology expertise. Experience building large scale, fault-tolerant systems. Experience with Costco applications and infrastructure. HIPAA Training and Supervisors Orientation (within 30 days of hire); Leadership Development 101 (within one year); Costco Pay Policies (within 90 days of promotion). Recommended 5+ years in IT Service Management or enterprise IT environments. 3-5+ years specifically with the ServiceNow platform (implementation, administration, or support). Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail). Benefits and Additional Information

Pay Range: $137,000 - $200,000; Bonus and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) eligible.
