– Join to apply for this role. The Payment Operations Analyst role at Paysend plays a key role in the day-to-day running of US Operations. The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of our processes, procedures, vendors and how we support our internal functions. The role is highly varied and may manage a range of responsibilities on a daily basis. The candidate will support the Americas Head of Operations with operational initiatives and execution of key priorities, requiring a high level of attention to detail and proactive follow-through. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): Support Leadership:

Support the Americas Head of Operations in day-to-day tasks, project execution, and tracking of operational initiatives across teams. Cross-Team Collaboration:

Serve as a central point of contact to ensure efficient coordination between departments including operations, marketing, legal, compliance, finance and product. Proactively follow up on tasks and requests to ensure timely completion. Issue Escalation and Resolution:

Investigate and respond to vendor issues in a timely way, keeping all key stakeholders informed. Communicate client feedback and operational issues to the appropriate teams, following up to ensure timely resolution and closure. Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions to streamline operational workflows. Build and optimise scalable operations processes to prepare the region for projected growth. Training and Support:

Provide guidance and training to team members on operational best practices, including one-on-one and group support sessions. Be eager to learn Paysend’s products to deliver Operational Excellence in their level of support. Document Management:

Draft and manage key operational documentation. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Jira Coordination:

Maintain detailed and accurate records in Jira, supporting alignment, traceability, and transparency across functions. Regulatory Requirements:

Support operational processes and deliverables in relation to reporting and submissions. What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-starter mentality with a completer/finalizer attitude. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with effective time management and follow-up. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Keen to learn about Paysend products & services and inquisitive in operational flows. Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Smartsheets and Jira. Strong problem-solving ability – able to break down issues to find solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in Payment Operations (Finance / Fintech) required. Background in document management and process optimization. Experience maintaining a tight controls environment – identify and evaluate threats, develop alternative actions to avoid or reduce risk.
